  I purchased my partners engagement with Fleur. She was excellent at explaining everything to me (someone who has no idea about jewellery). It was an exciting journey, and the ring is incredible. My partner loves her engagement ring so much. We couldn't be happier. We are in the process of getting mine made through Larsen and no doubt wedding rings in the future. Best customer service I have ever received! Cannot recommend enough.

  We were recommend to try Larsen’s for their customised wedding bands. Jacinta was extremely helpful in providing advice for our matching wedding bands. We were probably easy customers making a quick decision but she still guided us through the process and we are really happy with our beautiful platinum rings. Despite only ordering a week before our wedding the team were able to custom build our rings in time. Thanks heaps for your assistance and great quality workmanship.

  Thank you Larsen Jewellery and Fleur for creating my wedding band. It was tricky to find a band to fit right alongside my engagement ring and Fleur helped to custom design/make the most beautiful ring that fits right alongside it perfectly! Such a fun process - thank you so much :)

  Working with Larsen on an engagement ring was an absolute pleasure and I couldn't be happier with the end result (pictured). Fleur in Melbourne was honestly incredible. She guided me through the whole process from start to finish and made me feel at ease throughout. My endless questions were always answered and I felt like a valued customer at every step of the process.
  
  On top of that, the quality of Larsen's custom creation was fantastic. Rod did a great job working with my own personal stone and the ring turned out perfect. I visited several jewelers in Melbourne looking for one that would set my stone into a ring and none provided an experience or guarantee to quality like Larsen. I would highly recommend Larsen for their customer experience and the quality of their custom work!

  I adore working with Larsen Jewellery!
  
  My engagement ring was designed here (Melbourne store) back in 2021, and so it made perfect sense to come back for the wedding band in 2023!
  
  Ben at the Brisbane store was such a dream to work with. We coordinated remotely as we were flying into Brisbane (only a week out) for the wedding. The team, luckily, were able to begin working on the design remotely and used the final week before the wedding to finish off the fitting so that I had my band right on time. Their professional advise and manner is always exceptional. They always leave a lot of room for creativity and unique finishes, while ensuring durability and exceptional quality.
  
  Highly recommend Larsen Jewellery (Both Brisbane & Melbourne stores).
