  The staff are always friendly and helpful they’re a big reason I come back weekly. Usually get the sourdough bread which is so yummy and the only I’ve found in the area that does proper sourdough. The apple turnovers and custard tarts are the best! Everything I’ve tried so far has been really good just generally nice bakery

  Went in to get some pies and savouries for a late lunch and got no service, an older lady with blondish-gray hair with glasses gave us a rude look and then walked away without a word. Ended up leaving anyway as there was no products in the pie warmer..

  Was clear to see they don’t care about there customers regardless. Lady was very condescending in a simple ask for help that proved too difficult for her to even consider assisting a gentlemen with a disability.

  Unfortunately staff have been changed to children, service is very slow the last 2 months, and today one of them dropped about a quarter of my loaf and still tried to charge me full price.

  Best pies in East Gippsland. Love the lamb pie the best. Have always liked what I have bought there from hot food to pastries to cakes to sandwiches and rolls.
