Won't take paperwork to pass on to appropriate person, offer absolutely no help if you are trying to locate a lecturer, NEVER answer the phone. It can take 12 calls and 8 messages and then you have to basically drive into town ( tough luck if you live on a farm) useless. Hire people who take pride in their jobs and are competent!Not people who sit there because they need the pay check only and don't give a care in the world to actually assist people
