  I love this gym. Over the years this place has become a second home for me. I have been part of Totally Pumped 24/7 as a gym member and as a staff member for the last 10 years and this gym will always have a big place in my heart. This gym is always clean and hygienic, all the members do their bit to keep it tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and it has a strong community and family feel as soon as you walk in the door. I know I may work here, some may say biased but I could not recommend this gym enough.

  Bairnsdale’s best for sure. The owners are genuinely caring, passionate about ensuring results, and the great experience of their members. Group classes definitely very well done. Some talented PTs and lots of heavy stuff. Great location nice and close to Bunnings. Can’t really fault the place. Always enjoy my visits.

  Great gym, open 24 hours, wide range of equipment with a couple double ups to help ensure you get to the equipment you need around peek times.
  
  Brett, Michelle and the team are a great help especially to beginners and will help identify where you may need improvement (such as my weak shoulder muscles from hunching over a desk 8 hours a day).
  
  Classes will push you and definitely get your heart pumping and burn those calories at no extra cost to 24 hour access members so definitely give them a shot. (I recommend the boxing class for endurance, upper body strength and suited for beginners and intermediates)

  Amazingly clean gym with a great team of trainers and attentive staff who make themselves readily available to help and support you! Have been made to feel very welcome!
